To any plan. They run alongside the plan: changing plans does not end them, and each can be ended on its own. What your plan already contains, you do not need to add.
Service check-in

One waiting room for workshop or service check-in: call by number, display on a screen. For the counter in the morning, not for a full waiting room.
Appointment booking

Time slots, public booking, reminder with a confirmation link and calendar feed. From Pro this is already included — this add-on is for Basis.
Waiting time estimate

The expected waiting time for the customer, on the status page and in the notification. Requires service check-in or a waiting room.
Reviews

Reviews on your own site and the automatic review request after the visit. Already included in Premium.
Add-on prices per month, plus VAT.
Setup covers initial configuration, taking over your existing stock, and training. It is charged once.
A full waiting room with several rooms belongs to SmartWaiting and is sold there. For service check-in the add-on above is usually enough — one waiting room, call by number, display on a screen. The application can run both side by side.
Term of your choice: cancellable monthly at the end of the month at the monthly price — or twelve months at the annual price, which is two monthly fees less.
