2. This site and the application are two different things
This describes what happens when you visit this product site. What the application processes at a customer is described in the privacy policy each business keeps under its own domain — it is assembled there from the functions actually in use and states the retention periods actually configured.
3. Server log files
When you open this site, our hosting provider records technical information (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) in server log files. They serve to keep the service running and are not combined with other sources. When you submit a form, we also process your IP address to protect against misuse: we count forms per connection and store only a check value derived with a secret key, not the address itself. We delete the counters after 24 hours at the latest. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Cookies and third-party services
This site sets no analytics cookies, embeds no font from a third-party server, measures no reach and loads no video. That is also why there is no consent dialogue here: it would be consent for nothing.
5. Contact form
What you enter in the form is processed to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. We pass it on to nobody and delete it once the enquiry is settled and no retention period applies.
6. Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, as well as data portability and objection. Write to kontakt@hareemit.de. You may also complain to the supervisory authority responsible for us.
